Manny Pacquiao - Manny Starts Training for Marquez! 8/30/11
Last August 30, 2011 was Manny's first training day for the Pacquiao-Marquez 3 bout. This was a closed door workout at Planet Jupiter Studio, home of Deftac Makati.

Tinguinha Seminar Update
This is a late post, it's been almost a month since the Tinguinha visited our gym.
After years of being off the mat, the drills and techniques he taught us brought back my open guard movement and flexibility. He updated us with new ways on how to control the spider and sitting-up guard-- very enlightening.
Hope I get to train more so the years I dedicated to train and fight won't go to waste. Of course, also to bring me back to shape and to stay healthy.
